We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on our Site are error-free.

5.1. Domestic Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees. You are responsible for these charges. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination.

5.3. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom and non Decal-Only products. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@excaliburapllc.com.

6.2. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product at management's discretion. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

7.1. Product Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7.2. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
